A cleaning fee of 125 Euro applies for stays shorter than 7 nights.
A damage deposit of 100 Euro is required upon check-in.
The heating system for the outdoor pool is activated for a daily fee of 50 Euro. The pool temperature reaches 25-27 degrees.
Pets are not allowed.
Our region has a mountainous terrain; therefore, all our villas in Kalkan and the surrounding area are built on slopes. As a result, uphill access is required to reach our villas.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 22:00. An additional fee of 30 Euro applies for check-ins after 22:00.
The pool area of the villa is secluded and not visible from the outside. The villa owner is not responsible for the visibility of the pool area due to third-party sources (drone flying, parachuting, aircraft passing, etc.). Additionally, it cannot be guaranteed that every corner of the garden area of the villa is 100% unseen. Privacy is only guaranteed for the pool and sunbathing areas.
