Can my 7-year-old son accompany me to women-only sections?

Depending on the policies of some properties, boys aged 6 and above may not be allowed in female-only facilities, and girls aged 6 and above may not be allowed in male-only facilities. Such policies are usually determined by the hotel management and may vary. Therefore, we recommend that guests traveling without their spouse check these conditions in advance. Please note that most hotels may have this information under the "important notes" section.

What makes your villas unique?

Private pool villas found on Seemezy Booking are particularly suitable for halal-conscious travelers. These villas offer 100% privacy for women, with swimming pools and sunbathing areas that are not visible from above or outside. However, the level of privacy may vary for each villa. You can only access the unique privacy level and privacy information for each villa through our website. Please remember to check the specific privacy level for each villa.

Do you have special honeymoon packages?

Some properties offer special services for honeymoon couples. We recommend leaving a note in the "Additional Information or Special Requests" section on the last page of the reservation for the property to recognize you as a honeymoon couple. Additionally, whether the hotel offers special honeymoon packages is usually indicated in the "Important Notes" section. Please remember to pay attention to these details when making a reservation.

How can I leave a comment on the website?

An evaluation email will be sent to you the day after your check-out, allowing you to rate the property's services and facilities and leave feedback. Only real guests who booked through our website and stayed at the property can write a review. To keep the review score current, we do not use reviews older than 12 months for properties with thirty or more reviews. Please do not hesitate to share your experience after your stay at the property.

Do I need to get a visa?

It is your responsibility to check whether you and your group need a visa to enter the country you are traveling to. You can usually obtain this information from the visa section of the consulate of the country you wish to travel to. Please remember to check visa requirements and other travel arrangements before embarking on your journey.

What are the passport requirements?

Usually, each traveler should have a passport valid for at least another 6 months. All children who do not currently have a valid passport will need to have their own passport if they are to travel abroad. It is your responsibility to ensure that you and everyone traveling with you have a valid passport.

What is a private airport transfer?

A private airport transfer is arranged only for you or your group/family. The vehicle will pick you up upon your arrival at the airport and take you directly to the property you have booked, and then back to the airport. The size and type of vehicle depend on the number of guests in your reservation. Please note that this is not a shared service vehicle with other guests and stops at other hotels.

How can I make a transfer reservation?

After selecting your room(s) and clicking on "Book Now", you can access the "Private Airport Transfers" section where you can select transfers for your entire group/family. Here, you can choose transfers for both directions for the airport you have selected. Please note that the prices shown are for the entire group/family, not per person. Additionally, you can add transfers until 2 days before check-in from the reservation management page. Please note that we do not provide airport transfers for all listed properties. For popular destinations such as Istanbul, Antalya, and Marmaris, please contact our Customer Relations Team so that we can add transfers for your preferred destination. If this is not possible, we will direct you to the hotel directly.

When will the airport transfer pick me up from the hotel?

The pickup time for your return transfer from the hotel to the airport will be indicated in the transfer confirmation email you receive after sending your flight details. The system determines the exact departure time based on your flight's departure time. This is set by the transfer company and ensures you arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight's departure time. To avoid any delays, please ensure that you enter the correct departure date, time, and airport information for your return flight.

Where can I submit special requests?

You can specify your special requests in the 'Additional information or special requests' section on the last page when creating your reservation. Seemezy Booking will forward your requests to the property, but we cannot guarantee that the property will accommodate your request. You may wish to contact the property directly before your stay to confirm availability.

Can I check in early?

You can request an early check-in by specifying it in the "Additional information or special requests" section on the last page of the reservation. Please note that properties generally do not allow check-in earlier than the official check-in time you can find on the relevant property page of Seemezy Booking, especially during peak seasons (summer and school holidays).

Can I check out late?

You can request a late check-out by specifying it in the "Additional information or special requests" section on the last page of the reservation. Please note that properties generally do not allow check-out later than the official check-out time you can find on the relevant property page of Seemezy Booking, especially during peak seasons (summer and school holidays). We recommend requesting a late check-out from the reception the night before check-out.

Can I pay for half a day for early check-in?

Properties do not allow half-day payments for early check-ins. If you wish to check in to your room before the official check-in time of the property, we recommend booking the night before your arrival to avoid a wait in the lobby that may disrupt your comfort.

Can I pay half-day rate for the day of departure since my flight is in the evening?

We recommend discussing this with the reception of the property during check-in or before your departure day.

Are the displayed prices per guest or for all guests?

The prices shown on Seemezy Booking are for the entire group entered in the search. If the number of guests is not specified during the search, the default pricing will be for 2 adults. The final total prices are calculated taking into account the number of adults and the exact ages of children for the entire group/family.

Will my children stay for free?

Each property has different rules regarding pricing for children. As a general rule, infants up to 2-3 years old are free, children aged 3-12 years are charged at 50%, and children over 12 years old are charged at full rate. However, as mentioned, this varies from property to property. On Seemezy Booking, final total prices are calculated taking into account the number of adults and the exact ages of children for the entire group/family. Properties may verify birth dates from passports and base children's ages on their age at the date of departure. If a child's age in the passport is older than the age stated at the time of booking, properties may charge a price difference according to their own age and pricing rules.

Are flights included in the prices?

No, Seemezy Booking does not provide airplane reservation services.

Which taxes and fees are included in the price?

Many internet sites only show "base accommodation prices" by hiding taxes and fees for additional guests, making it difficult to compare actual prices. Seemezy Booking, on the other hand, displays "real total prices" including taxes and accommodations for all guests, including children. Taxes vary from country to country and even from city to city, so it's always advisable to check beforehand.
