Nestled in the heart of lush green nature, they are ideal for couples and small families seeking a holiday that combines the comfort of a hotel with the warmth of home. With daily cleaning services provided, you will forget all your fatigue far from the noise and stress of the city. Villa Kırkpınar has carefully considered all the details you will need while on holiday with your loved ones.

Villa Kırkpınar is a complex of detached villas located in the centre of this natural wonder of a tourist village, where you can see every shade of green, within walking distance of the mosque, cafes and restaurants, in a lush 15-acre garden filled with fruit trees.

The complex includes a 15-acre area with a cafeteria, swimming pool, fruit trees, swings, and free bicycles. The complex is home to a professional team who are always at your service, and the family who owns the complex has lived there for six generations.

There is a main building with a reception area. Each villa has a spacious veranda and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances to meet your needs. Wireless internet access is available so you can keep up with your work. There is a TV, barbecue, fireplace and air conditioning in every room.

The facility has two swimming pools, one of which is for children, a children's play area with swings, a café, free bicycles and free parking.

Located between Kırkpınar, the Samanlı Mountains and Lake Sapanca, with its wide green squares and charming houses with gardens, it is the most beautiful town in the region, with an atmosphere reminiscent of a natural holiday village. From the facility, you can walk to the lake and reach the streams and waterfalls in the mountains by car in 10 minutes. There are picnic areas, fish & meat restaurants, walking and cycling paths, and trails where you can enjoy nature sports.
