For stays shorter than 7 nights, a €125 cleaning fee applies.
A €100 damage deposit is required upon check-in.
Outdoor pool heating can be activated for €50 per day. The pool temperature reaches approximately 25–27°C.
Pets are not allowed.
Due to the mountainous geography of the region, most villas around Kalkan are built on slopes. Therefore, access roads may involve uphill driving.
Check-in time is between 16:00 and 22:00. Arrivals after 22:00 are subject to an extra €30 fee.
The pool area is sheltered and not visible from outside. However, visibility may occur due to third-party factors (e.g., drones, paragliders, aircraft, etc.), for which the property owner is not responsible. Full privacy for every corner of the garden cannot be guaranteed. Privacy is guaranteed only for the pool and sunbathing areas.
