A cleaning fee of 10,000 TL is charged for stays of less than 7 nights.
A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is required upon check-in.
The heating system in our villa's indoor pool can be activated for an additional daily fee of 1,500 TL upon request. Guests are required to notify us of their heating requests at least 3 days prior to their check-in date. The pool temperature will reach a range of 27–30°C.
Pool heating can be used completely open or closed during the stay. No opening-closing is allowed for less than the duration of the stay.

Pets are not allowed.
The region is mountainous, and all our villas in and around Kalkan are built on slopes. Therefore, access to our villas involves going uphill.
Check-in time for the villa is between 16:00 - 22:00. An additional fee of €50 is charged for check-ins after 22:00.
