*** The last 250 meters of the road to the villa is unpaved (not asphalted).
A cleaning fee of 3000 TL is charged for stays of less than 7 nights.
A damage deposit of 5000 TL is required upon entry to the villa.
In our region, which features a mountainous landscape, all our villas in and around Kalkan are built on slopes. Therefore, ascending is required when heading to our villas.
Check-in time for the villa is between 16:00 - 22:00. An additional charge of €30 is applied for check-ins after 22:00.
The pool area of the villa is private and not visible from the outside. The owner is not responsible for visibility issues caused by third parties (e.g. drone flying, parachuting, etc.). Furthermore, it cannot be guaranteed that every corner of the villa's garden area will be fully unseen. Privacy is guaranteed only for the pool and sunbathing areas.
