IMPORTANT NOTES AND RULES
The heating system for the villa’s indoor pool is activated upon request for a daily fee of 50 GBP. Guests must inform us of heating requests 3 days before check-in. The pool temperature reaches 27-30 degrees.
An additional cleaning fee of 100 GBP is charged for stays under 7 nights.
A damage deposit of 250 GBP is required upon entry to the villa.
Pets are not allowed.
Our area has a mountainous geography, and all our villas in and around Kalkan are built on hillsides. Therefore, access to our villas involves going uphill.
Check-in hours are from 16:00 to 22:00. An extra fee of 30 Euro is charged for arrivals after 22:00.
