IMPORTANT NOTES AND RULES
A cleaning fee of 125 Euros is charged for stays of less than 7 nights.
A damage deposit of 100 Euros is required upon entrance to the villa.
The heating system in our villa's outdoor pool is activated for a daily charge of 50 Euros. The pool temperature reaches 25-27 degrees.

Pets are not allowed.
Our region, which has a hilly geographical structure, is home to all our villas in Kalkan and its surroundings, situated on slopes. Therefore, there is an uphill climb when approaching our villas.
Check-in time for the villa is between 16:00 and 22:00. An additional fee of 30 Euros is charged for check-ins after 22:00.
The pool area of the villa is secluded and not visible from the outside. The villa owner is not responsible for visibility from third-party sources (such as drone flights, parachute, and planes passing, etc.). Additionally, it cannot be guaranteed that every corner of the garden area of the villa will be 100% invisible. Privacy is guaranteed only for the pool and sunbathing areas.
